This study aims to analyze the relationship between moral education and science from a Christian perspective, emphasizing the role of faith, Biblical values, and character building as the foundation of knowledge integration. The research gap found is the dominant secular education paradigm that separates cognitive and moral aspects, thus paying less attention to the integrative principle of faith-knowledge that the Bible offers. Based on the qualitative literature review research method with a biblical-theological approach, Christian education philosophy, and analysis of contemporary moral education theories, the results show that Christian education is not only oriented to the transfer of knowledge, but also to character transformation through the internalization of gospel values, so that knowledge is understood not as an end in itself, but as a means to live pleasing to God and useful to others. The implications of this research emphasize the need for curriculum transformation in Christian education that places evangelical morality at the core, synergizing character building and answering the challenges of the digital era so as to produce a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also spiritually and ethically mature in facing the challenges of the times.
